If I have dark marks and acne, do I use the Clear Skin Cleansing Bar or the Even Tone Cleansing Bar? 
If you have dark marks, suffer from acne and have oily skin, use the Clear Skin Cleansing Bar. If you don’t suffer from oily skin or acne but have discolorations or want a brighter, more even-toned complexion, use the Even Tone Cleansing Bar. It is important to remember that all three of our cleansing bars help improve the look of uneven skin tone, so choose your bar based on your skin type.

If I have sensitive skin should I use the Even Tone Cleansing Bar?
For sensitive skin, we recommend that you try our Even Tone Gentle Gel Cleanser. You could also try using the bar without the exfoliating sponge.

Is it normal for my skin to feel irritated, red or peel after using the Even Tone Cleansing Bar?
No. If you are experiencing irritation, redness or peeling, it could be caused by a few other things: you may be scrubbing too hard with the sponge, your skin is too sensitive for this cleanser, you are using this product with too many exfoliating products and/or you are not giving your skin enough hydration. If you are experiencing irritation, we recommend that you try our gentler cleansing options, the Even Tone Gentle Gel Cleanser or LacticGlow Micropolish Resurface & Brighten Cleanser.

Can I use the Even Tone Cleansing Bar with another cleanser?
Yes. This bar can be used along with our other cleansers.

How can I keep my cleansing bar sponges clean? 
These reusable sponges can be washed with laundry in a washing machine. We recommend washing them along with towels and letting them air dry. It is also important to let the sponge air dry after each use and not leave it inside the cleansing jar.

How does the Dark Circle Vitaleyez Treatment differ from the Vitaleyez Retinol + Vitamin C Complex?
Our Dark Circle Vitaleyez Treatment delivers the same great results and active ingredients as our cult-favorite Vitaleyez Retinol + Vitamin C Complex, however, it features fewer unnecessary ingredients to deliver a cleaner, vegan and more affordable formula!

Yes! This product is a dual-action treatment that is perfect for improving the look of dark circles as well as fine lines and puffiness in the under-eye area. It contains a combination of brighteners, peptides, Retinol and Caffeine that work together to brighten the under-eye area while improving the appearance of the signs of aging.

Is it normal to experience dryness and sensitivity from using Vitaleyez?
Yes! Due to the high levels of Retinol in this product, dryness or sensitivity can occur. We recommend that you start slowly, using it every other day at first, and follow with a moisturizer.

How long before I notice a difference in my skin?
Everyone’s skin is different, so results can vary. It is typical to see results anywhere between 6-8 weeks; however, some people experience results faster.
