Should you decide you would like to return a product purchased directly from our website, we offer a 60-day return/exchange policy. Please note that travel size products, travel kits, mini kits, and holiday or limited edition products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return requests received within:
0 – 60 days will be processed as a refund or exchange, with refunds back to your original form of payment.
The return window begins on the date you received your Urban Skin Rx® package according to carrier tracking information.
How to return:
You will need to request a return authorization by contacting Customer Experience email: support@urbanskinrx.com or 980-221-1200. Customer Experience can provide you with a USPS return shipping label for $5.99, or you can opt to purchase one directly from the courier of your choice.ÂPlease mail your return back to our corporate office:

Once we receive your package, a Customer Experience Representative will send you an email within 24 - 48 business hours with the status of your return. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account depending on your financial institution's refund policy.
