1. Introduction

In these Website Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) references to “Urban Skin Rx,” “we,” “us” or “our” means USRx LLC, d/b/a Urban Skin Rx® and references to “you” or “your” means the person accessing and using the https://urbanskinrx.com website, including our blogs and community forums (collectively, the “Website”) and/or ordering products that we make available to you via the Website (collectively, the “Services”).

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if older) in order to make a purchase on the Website. If you are not 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) then you must not make a purchase on the Website.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound to these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, THEN YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.

4. Use Of Products And The Services

The products, and any samples thereof, that we make available to you and the Services are for your personal or professional and lawful use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us.

Reselling: Consumers are prohibited from purchasing products on urbanskinrx.com and reselling them on any online marketplace including but not limited to Amazon, eBay and Walmart.com

5. Purchase, Shipping And Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: August 5, 2026

Processing Times. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. We may occasionally experience processing delays of up to one week.

Shipping Carriers. Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. USRx® is not responsible for carrier delays and does not refund shipping charges for orders that arrive after the carrier’s estimated delivery date. Shipping availability and rates are subject to change without notice. The shipping rates displayed at checkout at the time you place your order apply to that order.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping. We ship to all 50 states, military base addresses, and U.S. Territories. Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS only and are not eligible for Expedited Shipping.

Free Standard Shipping (2-7 business days) : Our Standard Shipping option is free for domestic orders of $50 or more and for Tier III Rewards Members (Rewards benefits are subject to the USRx Rewards Program Terms, which may be modified at any time). Additional Free Shipping promotions may be offered periodically.
Standard Shipping (2-7 business days): Applies to all orders under $50, except for Tier III Rewards Members.
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): An expedited shipping option may be available to some customers at checkout. Expedited shipping speeds apply only after your order has been processed. Standard processing time of 1-3 business days still applies.

International Shipping. We currently ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We do not ship to any other countries at this time.

By selecting an international shipping method at checkout, you authorize USRx® to utilize FedEx or UPS brokerage services on your behalf, where applicable. International packages may require a signature upon delivery. Estimated transit times after shipment are:

Canada : 3-10 business days
United Kingdom and Australia : 1-3 weeks

International shipment contents (including complimentary products or gifts) are subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your USRx® order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. USRx® is not responsible for customs delays or fees assessed by the destination country and does not reimburse such fees incurred by the recipient.

Delivery and Risk of Loss. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Once a tracking number has been issued, USRx® is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered by the carrier. We will provide tracking information and will reasonably assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. USRx® is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be refunded less original shipping costs or reshipped at your expense.

Refused, Unclaimed, and Undeliverable Packages. Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to us for any reason other than our error are not eligible for a refund of shipping charges, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Refused or unclaimed international packages are not refundable.

Shipping Charges and Returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order is shipped. If a return reduces your order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. Please see our Return Policy for full return terms.

RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: August 5, 2026

Urban Skin Rx® wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need assistance selecting products or determining the best routine for your skin, our Customer Support team and licensed aestheticians are available to provide product recommendations and usage guidance.

Products purchased directly from UrbanSkinRx.com may be returned within 30 days after delivery , even if opened or used, subject to the eligibility requirements below. Tier III Rewards Members are eligible for an extended 60-day return period .

Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly through the Website. Products purchased from authorized retailers or other third-party sellers must be returned in accordance with the applicable retailer's return policy.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Subscribe & Save (recurring subscription) orders;
Gift cards;
Products designated or intended as Final Sale;
Products purchased at a discount of 40% or greater; and
Any other items identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or, where offered, issued as store credit in accordance with the Return Policy in effect at the time the return is processed. Any promotional store credit incentives are subject to change and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Policy Changes: Urban Skin Rx® reserves the right to determine return eligibility, refuse returns that do not comply with this policy, and modify or discontinue this Return Policy at any time, subject to applicable law.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of this information, including, without limitation, any product descriptions or colors. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. The Website includes content provided by third parties, including materials provided by other users and users of our products and services. These materials do not necessarily reflect our opinion. We are not responsible, or liable to you or any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials provided by third parties. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice to you. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on inaccurate pricing or availability information.

The information provided on or through the Website, including information discussed in a virtual consult, online chat or telephone conversation with a customer service representative pertaining either to your skin, certain skin conditions or recommendations for use of various Urban Skin Rx® products, is made available solely for your general information purposes and is not intended to provide medical or esthetic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Should irritation occur, discontinue use. Always seek the advice of your physician, dermatologist or other healthcare provider to answer questions relating to treatment of your skin condition or for any medical condition.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and nontransferable license to access and use the content and services made available in or otherwise accessible through the Services. If you make any other use of the Services, except as otherwise provided above, you may violate copyright and other laws of the United States, and other countries, as well as applicable state laws and may be subject to liability for such unauthorized use.

Urban Skin Rx® will not be held liable for any adverse reactions to any products. Before using any Urban Skin Rx® product, we recommend that you test the product on a small area of your skin to check for sensitivity or allergic reaction. Should irritation occur discontinue use. If a reaction occurs, please contact your physician immediately. These Terms and the relationship between you and us will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of North Carolina. If any provision for these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will become effective upon posting of revised terms.
