Why is USRx having a clearance sale?
From time to time, we offer deep discounts to move products that are overstocked, were stored longer than planned, or are simply in lower demand. We're also simplifying our assortment to make room for what's next. Stay tuned!

What does "overstocked" mean?
"Overstocked" means we have more inventory than needed or that a product is selling more slowly than anticipated. These products are in perfect condition and still well within their shelf life. We just have excess inventory.

Does "stored longer than planned" mean these products are expired or close to expiring?
No. We never sell products that are past their recommended shelf life. We're referring to stock that has been in our warehouse longer than our typical inventory cycle due to demand and assortment changes. All USRx products have a 36-month unopened shelf life, with the exception of SPF products, which expire 24 months after manufacture in accordance with FDA regulations. 

What's the difference between "expiration" and "shelf life"?
With the exception of SPF items, USRx products do not have fixed expiration dates when unopened and properly stored. "Shelf life" refers to the period during which a product is expected to remain at peak quality while unopened. Once opened, we recommend using products within 6 months for optimal texture, scent, and performance.

Are these clearance products being discontinued?
Yes. Some of these products will not be replenished as part of the upcoming assortment update. Others were limited-edition items originally launched for a specific season or promotion. While some favorites are leaving, we’re focusing on replenishing best-sellers and introducing new innovations in 2026.

Are there quantity limits on clearance items? 
Yes. For security and fairness, purchases are limited to 5 units per product, per customer.
