- On any individual product page, select the "Subscribe & Save" option and choose your shipping frequency.
- Add the item to your cart and complete your purchase.
- We'll ship the product on the schedule you choose. Enjoy 20% off every shipment. Make changes any time.
WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
- You can change your order frequency, skip a shipment, swap products or cancel any time by signing in to your Account and selecting "Subscriptions" in your profile.
- We'll send an email reminder 3 days before your next scheduled shipment. We recommend adding support@urbanskinrx.com to your safe list or address book so email notifications go straight to your inbox.
- Subscription shipments are not eligible for return. If you've never used the product before, we recommend ordering as a one-time purchase first to make sure it's a good fit for you.

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for Urban Skin Rx®'s Subscribe & Save program, and constitute the entire agreement between you and Urban Skin Rx® relating to the Subscribe & Save program.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS. By creating a Subscribe & Save subscription, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions, you must cease participation in the Subscribe & Save program by canceling your subscriptions.
ELIGIBLE PURCHASES. Products eligible for our Subscribe & Save program will have a Subscribe & Save option on the product page. Our Subscribe & Save program is only open to customers with a shipping address in the contiguous U.S. or military bases. Promotion codes may not be used on subscription orders. Subscription products are not eligible for any additional discounts. Subscriptions are valid while supplies last.
BENEFITS. All Subscribe & Save subscriptions receive a product discount of twenty percent (20%) off the regular retail price. Urban Skin Rx® reserves the right to change the discount amount at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.
RECURRING PAYMENT. We will ship subscription products on the schedule you select at the time of sign up. You agree that we will charge your default payment method or another payment on file to fulfill your subscription orders. The amount charged will be the price of the subscription product(s), plus any applicable sales tax and shipping.
CANCELLATION. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Urban Skin Rx® Account. You can cancel your subscriptions in the "Subscriptions" menu in your profile. To avoid being charged for the next scheduled shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled shipment.
PRICE CHANGES. Urban Skin Rx® reserves the right to change the price of any product in the Subscribe & Save program at any time in its sole discretion. Urban Skin Rx® will notify you by email of a price change to your subscription product. You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the price change. If you do not cancel your subscription, you agree to be charged the new price, and the new price will apply to subsequent subscription orders of the product until a future price change, if any, as provided herein.
SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES. You can change the details of any subscription at any time by logging into your Urban Skin Rx® Account. From the "Manage Subscriptions" button, you can skip a shipment, adjust your shipping frequency, add or remove products or add a new payment method. To apply a new payment method to an active subscription or change the email address associated with your account, please contact us for assistance. All subscription changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled shipment.
FINAL SALE. Subscription products are not eligible for return.
TERMINATION BY USRx®. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription for any reason, in our sole discretion, without notice.
AGREEMENT CHANGES. We reserve the right to change the Subscribe & Save program and these Terms & Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, including but not limited to product offering, prices, discounts and options. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Subscribe & Save program at any time. Your continued use of the Subscribe & Save program after notice of changes to the Terms & Conditions constitutes your agreement to the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease participation in the Subscribe & Save program by canceling your subscriptions.
