Return Policy

We want every USRx customer to have a great experience with our products.

Should you find that a product isn't working for you, we encourage you to contact us or schedule a virtual consultation. Our in-house aestheticians are happy to advise on product selection and provide usage tips.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days after order delivery.
Even if the product has been opened and used! Tier III Rewards Members enjoy an extended 60-day return window.

We accept returns for items purchased from UrbanSkinRx.com only.
If you purchased your products from a retailer or another website, please contact them directly for return and exchange options. Purchases are subject to the original seller's own return policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Applicable mail-back instructions will be provided after the return request is submitted. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

We do not accept returns for:

• Subscribe & Save (recurring subscription) shipments*
  
• Gift cards
• Any products notated as "Final Sale"
• Products purchased at a 40% or more discount

* Products purchased as a subscription are considered final sale. If you're purchasing a product for the first time, we recommend the "one time" purchase option to experience the product and return if needed.

Store Credit Versus Refunds
You can return your products for USRx® store credit, which includes an additional $5 to use on your next order (limit of one $5 bonus issued per order). Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any shipping charges that were paid on the original order are excluded from your refund or credit amount.

Processing Time
After your return request is submitted, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

International Customers & Customs Fees
If your order was shipped outside of the U.S., please note that because importing fees, duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are collected by the destination country, we are unable refund customs fees.

Amazon Purchases
If you purchased from Amazon and wish to return, please submit your return request via Amazon's native return portal. PLEASE NOTE: Our Amazon seller name is "Urban Skin Rx." We do not guarantee products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
